CLS Farms is a fifth-generation, family-owned farm located in the heart of the Yakima Valley known for El Dorado® and Zappa® hops. We produce high-quality hops through a progressive agronomic approach and sustainable cultivation techniques. Our focus on picking windows and modified drying techniques elicits bold hop aromas each year.
