BLÜCHER®, a Watts brand, has more than 50 years’ experience designing and manufacturing stainless steel piping, drains, and channels. Our HygienicPro® line of durable stainless steel drains and channels is designed specifically for use in breweries, food processing, and beverage production facilities, where efficient water use, hygiene, safety, and sustainability are essential. The HygienicPro smooth, sloped channel offers high-capacity flow that significantly eases cleaning with minimal water requirements. As a result, drain cleaning is fast, avoiding the need for long production shutdowns. During beer production, the HygienicPro channel's high-capacity filter baskets (in a number of sizes) efficiently collect hops and malted grain. With no corners or inside cavities that can harbor bacterial growth, the channel also promotes sanitary conditions. HygienicPro drains and channels are used with BLÜCHER pipe, which incorporates an innovative push-fit design that eases installation. All BLÜCHER products are produced in stainless steel, delivering high quality and enduring performance with minimum maintenance.
