Our proprietor, Skyler Weekes, is excited to introduce you to the mystic of fine oak wine barrels. His passion is wine and everything to do with wine. Skyler has a degree in Culinary Managment and is a Certified Chef. He has attained the Executive Wine Sommelier and the Executive Chef of the Wine Arts distinction. Sky is actively involved and working in the wine industry and makes frequent visits to local and national wine areas. Skyler also has an excellent palate and a nose for good wine.
