Before retiring in 2014, Attorney Tom Niekamp spent the last 25 years in Cincinnati primarily working as Senior Counsel for the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF), and the Alcohol & Tobacco Tax & Trade Bureau (TTB). During that time he handled an extensive array of Federal alcohol, tobacco, firearms, and explosives licensing and tax matters. Since retirement, Tom has been providing consultation and legal advice to multiple law firms. Prior to forming his own legal practice, Tom worked as a regulatory consultant for one of the top 100 largest law firms in the country.
